2009 P Lincoln Cents 2nd design issue "Formative Years" NGC certified MS 66 FIRST DAY ISSUE--- SUPPLY IS VERY LIMITED Coins were obtained at the release ceremony in Indiana. Each coin graded Mint State 66 out if a possible 70. These coins are designated "Early Releases" by NGC on the label. The second design issued for 2009 Lincoln Pennies depicts a young Lincoln sitting on a log with a book in hand while working as a rail splitter in Indiana.
